I have eaten...

I have eaten Australian specialities:

* Dampers (It's a traditional Australian bread originally prepared by Australian shepherds who had few ingredients during their long journeys. Traditionally it is cooked in the embers of campfires)

* Anzac Biscuits (These are traditional biscuits prepared by the women for their soldiers during the First World War. They could be stored longer and survived transport from Australia to Europe)

* Lamingtons (Australian pastry dipped in chocolate sauce and covered with coconut, invented in the nineteenth century and bearing the name of the Governor of Queensland at the time, Lord Lamington)

Otherwise I have eaten nothing special in restaurants, in fast foods or in my hotel.
